Events have always been an opportunity for any professional to meet and update. In the Information Technology sector, then, with the rapid progress of new technologies and tools, keeping up with the news is of fundamental importance both for IT professionals and for companies.

Gli eventi costituiscono da sempre un’occasione di incontro e di aggiornamento per qualsiasi professionista. Nel settore dell’Information Technology, poi, con il rapido progredire di nuove tecnologie e tool, stare al passo con le novità è di fondamentale importanza tanto per gli informatici quanto per le aziende.

Do you want to know the most recent fairs, congresses, workshops dedicated to the world of digital information processing and communication? On this page of my diary I list in chronological order, from the most recent to the most remote, the main fairs, congresses and workshops that are dedicated to the various topics and technologies that pertain to the digital processing and communication of information. I paid particular attention to the innovative and emerging ones that have recently established themselves, such as cloud-computing, big data, business intelligence, high performance computing, industry 4.0 and mobile computing. .

ITASEC2022: Conferenza Italiana sulla Cyber Security

The Italian Conference on Cyber Security (ITASEC) is an annual event supported and organized by the National Cybersecurity Laboratory which brings together Italian researchers and professionals working in the field of information security, both in the private and public sector, including universities, industries, institutes of research and government.

La Conferenza Italiana sulla Cyber Security (ITASEC) è un evento annuale sostenuto e organizzato dal Laboratorio Nazionale di Cybersecurity che riunisce ricercatori e professionisti italiani che lavorano nel campo della sicurezza informatica, sia del settore privato che pubblico, tra cui università, industrie, istituti di ricerca e governo.

The 2022 edition will include scientific and thematic workshops on cyber security issues, tutorials for PhD students and people interested in studying some specific cyber security issues and two main paths that include scientific and technical contributions and stakeholder tracks, including keynote speeches, invited talks , panels and special days dedicated to hot topics on cyber security.

L’edizione 2022 includerà workshop scientifici e tematici sui temi della sicurezza informatica, tutorial per dottorandi e persone interessate ad approfondire alcuni temi peculiari legati alla cyber security e due percorsi principali che prevedono contributi scientifici e tecnici e stakeholder track, inclusi keynote speeches, invited talks, panels e giornate speciali dedicate ad argomenti caldi sulla sicurezza informatica.

  Lumion is an essential tool for all those who want to view construction projects. It produces impressive high quality videos very fast and is extremely easy to master. Lumion is now regarded as the leading software in its industry for redefining the process of creating 3D visualizations. It has also become an essential part of the Building Information Modeling (BIM) toolkit for many AEC professionals.
  Lumion è uno strumento essenziale per tutti coloro che vogliono visualizzare progetti nell’ambito delle costruzioni. Produce impressionanti video di alta qualità molto velocemente ed è estremamente facile da padroneggiare. Lumion è oggi considerato come il software leader nel suo settore per aver ridefinito il processo di creazione delle visualizzazioni 3D. Inoltre è diventato una parte essenziale del toolkit BIM (Building Information Modeling) per molti professionisti AEC.

 Lumion Conference is a large free tour open to all, the one held in various Italian cities, in which interesting ideas on the program for viewing in the Bim workflow are addressed. Free training days, in which to discover the techniques and potential offered by the Lumion program.

§9. IoT Conference - Soiel International

Dopo il successo dell’edizione 2016 a Milano con più di 550 iscritti, l’evento convegnistico Internet of Things prosegue nel 2017 con quattro nuove tappe sul territorio nazionale a Torino, Bologna, Padova e Milano.
 Dalle applicazioni industriali a quelle legate alla salute delle persone, dalla logistica alle Smart City, dal monitoraggio delle infrastrutture e dell’energia a nuove e più pervasive possibilità di relazione con il cliente, dall’automobile agli ambienti domestici e di ufficio.  L’Internet of Things è destinato a ridisegnare luoghi, cose e relazioni; alcune già gestite in parte con tecnologie proprietarie altre del tutto destrutturate, dando modalità univoche nella raccolta, nella memorizzazione e nell’elaborazione delle informazioni. Per mettere in campo una nuova applicazione basata sulle logiche dell’Internet of Things e dell’Industrial Internet of Things occorre considerare molti fattori abilitanti: l’architettura a supporto della raccolta e della memorizzazione dei dati; la possibilità di utilizzare infrastrutture cloud per limitare l’investimento iniziale; gli standard più utili per agire in uno specifico ambito, anche alla luce delle possibilità di integrazione con sistemi di sensori esistenti; la valutazione del rischio e la conseguente strategia di sicurezza per la protezione dei dati e delle informazioni che viaggiano nelle infrastrutture IoT. Architetture, standard e sicurezza sono i tre punti fondamentali in uno scenario di prima adozione dell’Internet of Things ed è prima di tutto importante tracciarne lo stato dell’arte. Il convegno Internet of Things ha l’obiettivo di illustrare e approfondire diverse tematiche:

• Quali sono le tecnologie più adatte per disegnare l’infrastruttura di supporto all’Internet of Things e all’Industrial Internet of Things;

• In che modo le soluzioni cloud possono abilitare l’investimento iniziale di un progetto IoT;

• Quando è possibile immaginare un’integrazione o un affiancamento delle soluzioni IoT con le infrastrutture di sensori già utilizzate;

• Quali standard sono meglio utilizzabili nei diversi ambiti applicativi dell’IoT;

• La valutazione del rischio dell’IoT;

• Come implementare un’efficace strategia di protezione dei dati end–to-end (dalla raccolta all’elaborazione) in un progetto IoT;

• L’ambito applicativo Energy nell’ottica delle Smart City;

• La tutela della privacy e della proprietà intellettuale nell’Internet delle cose.

Parleremo di Industry 4.0 e Industrial Internet of Things con la viva voce delle principali associazioni dei produttori di macchine utensili e sensoristica: UCIMU, Anie Automazione e ANIPLA. Affronteremo lo scenario delle Smart City e delle applicazioni in ambito Energy con gli esperti della divisione Smart Energy dell’ ENEA. L’Istituto Superiore Mario Boella di Torino e la società NCP approfondiranno il tema delle infrastrutture e degli standard, in collaborazione con Studiolegale.it parleremo di privacy e proprietà intellettuale.

§15. Something about me, the founder and author of Tateo~Blog Project.

Qualcosa su di me, il fondatore e sull'autore del progetto Tateo~Blog.

First of all, thank you for visiting one of the pages of my blog. My name is Giovanni Battista Tateo (shortly Bat) and I am the founder and author of a project of Interdisciplinary Lifelong Learning of which the Tateo~Blog (:::) blog is the means of sharing. I was initially an Information Technology expert, and later I became an electronic engineer, specializing in industrial Automation. I'm passionate about Artificial intelligence, Virtual Reality, Simulation, and I'm an expert in Artificial Vision applied to industrial Automation. Currently, and starting four years ago, I am employed as a Proposal Engineer at Mer Mec S.p.A. (:::) company. Previously, starting in 2004, I was employed, always at the same company, as a Designer of Artificial Vision Systems and Image Processing Algorithms, applied in particular to Railway Diagnostics. I am a supporter and promoter of Lifelong Learning, Social Networking and Knowledge Sharing by means of the web. If you want more details about me, visit the About Me (:::) page.

Innanzitutto ti ringrazio per aver visitato una delle pagine del mio blog. Mi chiamo Giovanni Battista Tateo (brevemente Bat) e sono il fondatore e l'autore di un progetto Lifelong Learning Interdisciplinare di cui il blog Tateo~Blog (:::) ne è il mezzo di condivisione. Sono stato in principio un esperto di Informatica, e in seguito sono diventato un Ingegnere Elettronico, specializzato in Automazione Industriale. Sono un appassionato di Intelligenza Artificiale, Realtà Virtuale, Simulazione, e sono un esperto di Visione Artificiale applicata all'Automazione Industriale. Attualmente, ed a partire dall'anno 2016, sono impiegato come Proposal Engineer presso la società Mer Mec S.p.A. (:::). Precedentemente, a partire dal 2004, sono stato impiegato, sempre presso la stessa società, come Progettista di Sistemi di Visione Artificiale e di Algoritmi di Elaborazione delle Immagini, applicati in particolare alla Diagnostica Ferroviaria.
