2020: iOS 14.

iOS 14 is the fourteenth version of the iOS operating system, developed by Apple. The main new features of this version are listed below.

iOS 14 è la quattordicesima versione del sistema operativo iOS, sviluppato da Apple. In seguito sono elencate le principali novità di questa versione.

Clips app. This mode allows you to use an application without the need to install it. In this way, the application takes up less than 10 MB of space.

App Clips. Questa modalità consente di utilizzare un’applicazione senza la necessità di installarla. In questo modo, l'applicativo occupa uno spazio inferiore a 10 MB.

CarPlay. The car can be started with "digital keys", simply by placing our iPhone or Apple Watch on a wireless base. Digital keys can also be shared via Messages and iCloud.

CarPlay. Si può mettere in moto l’automobile con delle “chiavi digitali”, poggiando semplicemente il nostro iPhone o Apple Watch su una base wireless. Le chiavi digitali possono inoltre essere condivise tramite Messaggi e iCloud.

Maps. Guides have been introduced, with travel tips, recommendations and where to stop seeing how to get there by different means of transport. Navigation by bicycle also arrives, with advice on the easiest roads to travel and the difference in height. In addition, the application shows where the charging stations for electric cars are located, also showing compatible cars, optimizing travel and stops. The Look Around function (Spyglass symbol) allows you to see the real 360 degree overview of the streets and to move between the streets.

Mappe. Sono state introdotte le guide, con consigli di viaggio, raccomandazioni e dove fermarsi vedendo come arrivarci con diversi mezzi di trasporto. Arriva anche la navigazione in bicicletta, con consigli sulle strade più facili da percorrere e il dislivello. Inoltre, l’applicazione mostra dove si trovano le stazione di ricarica per le auto elettriche, mostrando anche le vetture compatibili, ottimizzando gli spostamenti e le fermate. La funzione Guardati Attorno (simbolo del Cannocchiale) consente di vedere la panoramica reale delle strade a 360 gradi e di spostarsi tra le strade.

The Vision, that is the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom

{La Visione, cioè la capacità di pensare o progettare il futuro con immaginazione o saggezza}

  To be able to create something truly original it is necessary to think differently, that is to think or plan the future with imagination and wisdom. In one word: you need to be visionaries.

   To learn how to become visionaries, it is necessary to observe the great innovators and visionaries: those who have influenced technologies and markets in recent times.

   This article collects my considerations arising from reading the biography of one of the greatest visionaries and innovators: Steve Jobs.

  {Per riuscire a creare qualcosa di veramente originale occorre pensare in modo differente, ossia pensare o progettare il futuro con immaginazione e saggezza. In una sola parola: occorre essere visionari.

  Per imparare come diventare visionari occorre osservare i grandi innovatori e visionari: quelli che hanno condizionato tecnologie e mercati negli ultimi tempi. 

  Questo articolo raccoglie le mie considerazioni scaturite dalla lettura della biografia di uno dei più grandi visionari e innovatori: Steve Jobs}

“We were in the mid-seventies and I was your age. 

On the back of The Whole Earth Catalog magazine was a photo of a country road at the crack of dawn, the kind of road you might see if you were adventurous enough to get up early to hitchhike. 

Under the photo, the caption read: 

"Keep on being hungry. Keep on being foolish." 

It was their farewell message. 

Keep on being hungry. Keep being foolish. 

It is a wish that I have always made to myself.”

{Eravamo verso la metà degli anni Settanta e avevo la vostra età. 

Sul retro della rivista "The Whole Earth Catalog" c'era la foto di una strada di campagna alle prime luci dell'alba, il tipo di strada che potreste vedere anche voi se foste così avventurosi da alzarvi presto per fare l'autostop. 

Sotto la foto la didascalia diceva: 

"Continuate ad avere fame. Continuate ad essere folli". 

Era il loro messaggio di addio. 

Continuate ad avere fame. Continuate ad essere folli. 

E' un augurio che ho sempre fatto a me stesso}
