È possibile un nuovo approccio all’insegnamento e all’apprendimento con l’ausilio dei mattoncini Lego, che riesca a preparare i giovani di oggi ad un mondo che è in continua evoluzione? Ci si è resi conto che il buon rendimento scolastico non sempre garantisce il necessario spirito creativo ed innovativo necessario per avere successo nella società di oggi. Correre rischi e provare cose nuove sono le competenze richieste oggi per avere successo.

Perché la LEGO? Perché quando i bambini giocano con i mattoncini LEGO esplorano, sperimentano e sondano continuamente i limiti, sviluppando il pensiero creativo.

Oggi il cambiamento e lo sviluppo del pensiero creativo è necessario più che mai perché il mondo del lavoro, ma anche la vita privata, è in continua e rapida evoluzione.

Un aspetto innovativo nella vita dei giovani di oggi è la tecnologia. Le nuove tecnologie certamente costituiscono un’opportunità, però nella maggior parte dei casi non sono utilizzate per favorire il pensiero creativo. Anche l’uso efficace di questa leva è importante per rincorrere in modo costruttivo la creatività e l’innovazione.

Don't miss the train for the future

{Non perdere il treno per il futuro}

  At some point in my professional activity I realized that due to the particularity (niche) and specialization (verticality) of the discipline I was dealing with, I was losing sight of the latest news from all the other disciplines that have always represented the my interests and passions. 

  To abandon all those skills that have conditioned our didactic choices in the past, and have determined our professional career, would be a waste. We must always make the most of the time and energy spent in the past, and possibly start from them for the planning and construction of our future.

  {Ad un certo punto della mia attività professionale mi sono accorto che a causa della particolarità (nicchia) e della specializzazione (verticalità) della disciplina di cui mi occupavo, stavo perdendo di vista le ultime novità di tutte le altre discipline che hanno da sempre rappresentato i miei interessi e le mie passioni. 

  Abbandonare nel dimenticatoio tutte quelle competenze che hanno condizionato in passato le nostre scelte didattiche, ed hanno determinato la nostra carriera professionale, costituirebbe uno spreco. Bisogna sempre valorizzare il tempo e le energie spese in passato, è possibilmente partire da esse per la pianificazione e costruzione del nostro futuro}

  The various fields of technology are evolving so rapidly that the studies and experiences of an entire decade have become obsolete. Technological advances have made possible the birth of completely new and innovative technologies, which improve the technologies of the past or which create synergies between them, which were initially unthinkable.
  {l vari campi della tecnica si evolvono così rapidamente da rendere obsoleti gli studi e le esperienze di un intero decennio. I progressi tecnologici hanno reso possibile la nascita di tecnologie completamente nuove ed innovative, che migliorano le tecnologie del passato o che creano sinergie tra esse, dapprima impensabili}

  All this looks beautiful and fascinating. So where's the problem? Well, consider that if this is the trend we have seen in a few recent years, what should we expect in the future? What should we do to not miss the train for the future?
  {Tutto questo sembra bello ed affascinante. Ma allora dov'é il problema? Bene, riflettete che se questa è la tendenza che abbiamo  registrato in pochi anni recenti, cosa dovremo aspettarci nel futuro? Cosa dobbiamo fare per non perdere il treno per il futuro?}

  Try to apply these considerations to your personal experience: think about your professional skills and imagine yourself projected into a future, which is now not so remote. For example, let's try to predict and imagine what the situation will be in ten years. Do you think your professional skills will still be among those required? Will all that you have learned, and all the experiences you have maturated, be sufficient to guarantee you to be attractive and competitive in the world of work in the future?
  {Provate ad applicare queste considerazioni alla vostra esperienza personale: pensate alle vostre competenze professionali ed immaginatevi proiettati in un futuro, che è ormai non tanto remoto. Per esempio, cerchiamo di prevedere ed immaginare quale sarà la situazione tra dieci anni. Pensate che le vostre competenze professionali saranno ancora tra quelle richieste? Tutto quello che avete imparato, e tutte le esperienze che avete maturato, saranno sufficienti per garantirvi di essere attraenti e competitività nel mondo del lavoro in futuro?}

  Let's try to find the answers to these questions, and above all to identify the actions to be taken to adapt us to the new times.

  {Proviamo a trovare le risposte a queste domande e soprattutto a identificare le azioni da intraprendere per adattarci ai nuovi tempi}
