ma è stata una manna per l’India, la Cina e gran parte del resto del mondo.
Quando io ero ragazzo, l'India era la terra di Madre Teresa e delle carestie.
Oggi è un paese sempre più definito dalla tecnologia,
dai servizi globali e da un ceto medio in rapida crescita.

The good side of globalization
Globalization has been bad for industrial America and Europe,
but it has been a boon for India, China and much of the rest of the world.
When I was a boy, India was the land of Mother Teresa and famines.
Today it is a country increasingly defined by technology,
global services and a rapidly growing middle class.
