[IT] Comunicazione Efficace.

  With the term "communication" we mean the process and methods of transmission of information from one point to another, through the exchange of a message that is composed according to the rules of a specific code, known both the transmitter and the receiver.

   Communicating effectively means communicating well, so that the recipients of the message receive the message clearly and without ambiguity. Most of the problems, the difficulties of relationships, and the lost opportunities arise from difficulties in communicating. Therefore, it's evident that the communication in the workplace is important.

   But what is the secret to well communicate? How do you learn to communicate well? 

  Note that, to well communicating with others you first of all must reach to do it with yourself. When you have good communication with yourself, you have the basis for effective communication also with others.

  [IT] Con il termine "comunicazione" si intende il processo e le modalità di trasmissione delle informazioni da un punto all'altro, attraverso lo scambio di un messaggio che si compone secondo le regole di un codice specifico, noto sia al mittente che al destinatario. 

  Comunicare efficacemente significa comunicare bene, in modo che i destinatari del messaggio ricevano il messaggio in modo chiaro e senza ambiguità. La maggior parte dei problemi, delle difficoltà relazionali e delle opportunità perse derivano dalle difficoltà di comunicazione. Pertanto, è evidente che la comunicazione sul posto di lavoro è importante.

  Ma qual è il segreto per comunicare bene? Come si impara a comunicare bene?

   Nota che, per comunicare bene con gli altri devi prima di tutto arrivare a farlo con te stesso. Quando hai una buona comunicazione con te stesso, hai le basi per una comunicazione efficace anche con gli altri.
