(EN) The National Agency For Finite Element Methods and Standards (NAFEMS) association is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the world of engineering simulation and analysis. In fact, NAFEMS is the only independent association dedicated to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) worldwide. With more than 1,000 member companies, ranging from major manufacturers in all industries to software developers, consulting firms and academic institutions, all members share a common interest in design and simulation.

Per esempio, per far si che i telai dei carrelli possano essere prodotti con efficienza e qualità su linee robotizzate è indispensabile che le zone in cui eseguire le saldature (cordoni) siano accessibili dai bracci robotizzati.
